On May we set on our Lean journey, starting with educating on the lean and implementing 5S in the gluing station.

We learned a lot from the first month on how to change our habits to this new thinking.

In June we felt confident we moved to a full implementation of 5S to all production stations. We are starting to witness new habits that improves our productivity and quality.
