In Support of KappaSense’s strategic growth initiative, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Elena Bilder as Quality manager. In this new role, Elena will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to ensure the quality of our products in alignment with the company’s standards. Her duties will include overseeing the development, inspection, testing, and evaluation processes, as well as leading efforts towards operational excellence within the organization.

Prior to joining KappaSense, Elena demonstrated her expertise in various leadership positions in Quality, Engineering and production, at Philips Healthcare, Nanomotion and other leading companies. Her most recent role was Production Engineering & NPI Manager.

Elena brings with her a strong educational background, holding in Mechanical Engineering from Aviation Institute and M.B.A. in Economics and Production Management from Moscow Aviation Institute. Additionally, she possesses a “Green Belt” certification, highlighting her commitment to process improvement.

Elena will report directly to me, ensuring seamless coordination and communication for the successful execution of our quality-driven objectives. We have great confidence in Elena’s capabilities and believe that her expertise will contribute significantly to our continuous pursuit of excellence.
